In March 2025, Taz hand-picked our Tempranillo in a big solo effort before an unexpected rain event. A few days later, we hand-picked two clones of Shiraz (Waldron & 1654 (Barossa clone) together. The 1654 Shiraz clone gives us plumpness and fruit forwardness, accompanied by the intensity and spicier smaller bunches of the Waldron clone. Our Shiraz Tempranillo is a slurpy number, that will lend itself to being chilled in warmer weather – it’s perfectly paired with pizza and a BBQ with mates!
